I loved it, including GREAT location and staff. Helpful people, no complaints. Location was brilliant, not very far from Church st Street. It was located in a really beautiful area and near everything.

The Urban Elephant in Cape Town had the most comfortable and homey rooms I've ever stayed in. The living room with a flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine was a major plus for me as a coffee lover. The private bathroom with free toiletries felt luxurious, and the rainfall showerhead was a nice touch. the room provided everything I needed for a cozy and convenient stay.
Personally, I found the city views from the patio a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in this feature.
